Cosmetic transaction not showing on my list

Hello!

After I bougth the standard early acces i get 300 points which i spent on cosmetics 1 on arachnid portal and 1 on demonic waygate for now, but teh demonic gateway not showing in my list after it was succesfully done. ONly show to me i can buy again but says you reach the maximum limit of this item but i cannot see on the owned tab. Please help, how can i get the demonic gateway or is it just a bug for me?

Fantastic... I have the same problem, nice scam. Never works the opposite way.
Did it fix already? not for me as per january 10, 2025.
