Ghoul effect + Sorcerer wand = visual bug

same here, not just ghoul effect, weapon effect (the soulcore one) also cause this bug.

Same issue here. I'm using sorcerer wand with stygian ghoul effect and it looks just like the picture. Very unfortunate for a paid mtx.
