Think a mod accidentally muted me in PoE2

Don't know why I was muted for 7days, is there a way to investigate this or am I totally screwed?

think mutes start at 10 minutes, then they should double after that each mute you get, so to see seven days would indicate that you have been getting muted a fair bit already or whatever you said was bad enough to start higher, also mods in game are basically sitting going through the player generated reports, for them they get the report with your name and decide if it is worth taking action or binning.
