Early Access key used
I had bought the early access supporter pack on steam, to play with my account. A couple days later i bought the lord of ogham supporter pack, for extra points and an extra key so i could play with a friend, but before he could redeem the key, it was already labeled as 'used: true' on my accounts early-access page. How can i know which account used my key? And is it possible to get another one in case it was stolen?

Did they answer your email? Sadly it seems my thread won't have an answer anytime soon: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3646058 They seem to have nearly 0 support for such a huge launch. It's a bit crazy. I'm not sure why they didn't hire more people. Honestly I feel bad for the customer support folks. They became the punching bag of the company while C-level execs are swimming in cash. They generally won't answer you on tickets in threads, its pretty rare that the circumstances allow them to speak publicly on it, they will mostly tell you to email them which if you have not you should do so immediately.. If you have already emailed them you should wait for them to get back to you to avoid further overloading the system and potentially putting you further behind in the queue.

I have the same problem, bought 4 keys, sent two to friends, few days later went to send a third to another friend and the remaining 2 keys said they were used.
Sent an email on the 16th, no response yet. |
