Account linked bought multiple packs help

“I’ve done everything to fix this: bought packs on PSN and PC, upgraded tiers, purchased MTX currency, sent countless messages, and spent a lot of money, but nothing works. I work long hours and deeply value my limited gaming time as a way to decompress. I play on PSN, created a new website account, linked it, and made characters in PoE1 and PoE2. I upgraded all available tiers on console, then bought the next tier via PoE1 on console. Everything seemed fine—until I tried to trade.

My PoE2 character doesn’t show on my website account, and when I try to whisper someone, I get: ‘This account can only message Support.’ I’ve tried every solution I’ve come across, even buying another support pack on the website, but my PSN character still doesn’t appear. It’s been over a week with no response, and the stress of trying to fix this has been overwhelming.

I love this game, but trading is vital, and I’m locked out despite linking accounts and spending money. Why can’t accounts sync? Why is trading locked behind these walls? Why am I still allowed to buy packs when my account is broken? I just want my website account to recognize my PSN character so I can enjoy the game again. I really need this to work.”
