Donations to Guild not appearing

My buddy and I have a 2 person guild. I donated money to it and the funds are not available for either of us. We have logged out and back in multiple times, it's been over 2 hours, and still nothing. Did I get ripped off?

Hi there, guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance.
