Character stuck in crash loop during act 3 boss

Hello,
During Doryani battle act 3, at the end (10% left) , the game crashed on ps5. I can't logging my character, it's crashing after select him and loading screen. I can't go back in game. Plz help. Last bumped on Dec 14, 2024, 5:45:24 PM
