Can the IP Ban System Be Completely Removed?

Many players use game accelerators to improve their gaming experience, which causes their IP addresses to change. This doesn't imply any account theft risk, so banning players every time their IP address changes seems unnecessary.

Since your team is currently understaffed, it might be a good idea to temporarily remove the IP ban system, and once you have enough resources, you can reinstate it.

Same here, no response. Got IP banned for unknown reasons while making lunch 5-6 days ago. I appealed for ban and I get a generic AI response of sorry we cant do anything and citing a random section in their Terms of Use. A decade old veteran getting punished for such a faulty system.

Scammed 30 euros, absolutely ridiculous.
