Can the IP Ban System Be Completely Removed?
I understand that the support team is very busy right now, but could you consider removing some of the less critical ban policies for the time being? For instance, the bans related to IP switching. Many players use game accelerators to improve their gaming experience, which causes their IP addresses to change. This doesn't imply any account theft risk, so banning players every time their IP address changes seems unnecessary.
Since your team is currently understaffed, it might be a good idea to temporarily remove the IP ban system, and once you have enough resources, you can reinstate it. I’m tired of hearing excuses about handling a large volume of tickets and being understaffed. As players, we need you to solve the problems, not just explain the reasons! My request to lift the account ban has not been addressed for the past three days, and even more people have been waiting for over a week. You have not resolved any issues, and now new problems are piling up, making the gaming experience for all players who need help extremely poor! If your team is understaffed, please refrain from large-scale account bans, as you might end up wrongly banning innocent players. Only carry out such actions once you have enough staff.

Same here, no response. Got IP banned for unknown reasons while making lunch 5-6 days ago. I appealed for ban and I get a generic AI response of sorry we cant do anything and citing a random section in their Terms of Use. A decade old veteran getting punished for such a faulty system.
Scammed 30 euros, absolutely ridiculous. |
