Ascendancy lost. Please help

So I beat the trial. I gathered the loot and went back to the ship to drop a few things off however my portal had crashed at that point. It was visibly there but I could not go back to sekhemas. It just would let me go back. Now, on the right where it shows my current missions, its telling me to ascend yet i cant.

So i had two more trial tokens, used them and failed to pass it again. This was EXTREMELY frustrating to say the least bc I literally just beat it and now I cant even ascend. On top of that I lot two extra token trying to just get back to the portal to ascend.

Please help with a fix and possibly also refund my tokens. Yes my skill was the issue the second and third time howeevr i only used them to see if it would just let me go back. Either way, i need my character ascended as I ALREADY beat it once and shouldn't have to do it again just to at least ascend the first time.
