Oil Grenade not igniting instantly while crossbow heated

as the title says, the Oil Grenade is not instantly igniting upon firing a heated oil grenade from Rapid Shot, it's also not listed in the tool-tip that this is an interaction but the explanation video says it is an interaction.

There is an animation difference between firing an oil grenade with heat from rapid shot and without heat from rapid shot. With heat, the grenade projectile is visibly ignited. However, the detonation is just oil, heat or no heat.

I've tried this with and without any supports and no difference
