Teleportation Latency Drastic Increase Problem [POE2]

When I switch bt acts or portal 2 or more times in POE2, the loading screen starts to take longer and when I finally teleport my latency start to go up like never before. I've seen 117k latency.

My connection is steady.
I've repaired the game files.
I've uninstalled and re-installed.
Tried different servers.
Changed DNS.

If you have any suggestion and/or having the same issue let me know, thanks in advance. Cheers.
