question with the support delay

I currently am waiting for a response to the email I sent in about two days ago requesting a refund on the points I spent on some stash tabs after realizing I could not use them how I was thinking and wanting to instead spend the points differently on other tabs. It definitely looks like I'll have to wait much longer than the stash tab sale will last though so I was curious if GGG can extend the sale with a large number of us impacted by the delay?
