Lifetime support over $1000, still no key.

I e-mailed support on December 5th, then a few days later on the 7th regarding the key I should have been provided for my lifetime support and I have yet to receive a response. Is there an estimated time in which one should expect a response from support? I'm aware there's a backlog of support tickets, but this is starting to get a little excessive.
