Monk - Ghost Dance + Fast Forward

Why can't I place Fast Forward into my Ghost Dance skill? When I try to craft Fast Forward to fit into Ghost Dance, Fast Forward is shaded out and there's a tool tip that pops up and says "Warning- this support can't be socketed into this skill." --- What am I missing? Anyone know? Did GGG nerf it out? I was following a build guild that showed Ghost Dance using Fast Forward. -Thank you in advance for any/ all responses.
