crossplay is not supported

Even though xbox gameplay allows crossplay, crossplay is not supported.

Because of this, when I try to trade an item by clicking on it on the official exchange, it whispers that it is not in crossplay.

Of course, I checked crossplay. Please fix it quickly.
This experience is quite unpleasant.
