NO Mail Delivery - Account problems - HELP!

Hi!

I've been trying to send this email for 8 days now and it just can't be delivered to support.

I want to finally get HELP PLEASE!

I want to connect my accounts and finally get my chest slots from poe1!

Hello.
I wanted to start PoE2 on Friday. I was asked to link an account, which I did with my Steam account.
I then noticed that all my characters from PoE1 were no longer there, just as all my purchased chest slots had disappeared.
I was no longer aware that I apparently had a separate Path of Exile account.
Now I have 2 of them, but I'm missing my old characters in part 1 and I would like to get my purchased chest slots back and use them in PoE2 too!

My new account, which I also linked to my Steam account, is: MantisBC#8907.
My old account, which apparently ran PoE1, is: Mantis09#1134
My Steam account is: mantisbc

Unfortunatly i don't realy know any names from PoE1 Account. Maybe Something Like "Sheena", "Shana", "Sitnam", "RubyLightNDark", "PaulDerHooligan".

Please help me get my characters back and especially the chest slots. I played PoE1 for almost 340 hours and am now very frustrated.

But after 24 hours I get a message from my email provider saying that the email CANNOT be delivered! I've tried several providers, but none of them receive my emails! So what should I do????
