Points bought from Epic dont show up in my account or Poe 2 shop

I got the early access pack for poe 2 and ive been loving it so far, but ive run in a bit of a problem. Previously i had 300 points from the ea pack and i wanted to get a couple of more to get the stash bundle so i bought some on the epic store. I logged in Poe 2 and my points were still 300, i go check the official site to double check my account points and still no change. Mind you my account is linked with an email, epic and steam as well. I even redowloaded the game and also installed it on steam to triple and quadruple check that i didnt miss something. Still no change... :(

Does anybody know what is happening??
Ive send an email to support with my epic receipt as well and i am waiting for a response.

I must admit i do feel a bit sad and disappointed, i really wanted to support the devs further but also get something also for me and my account.
They really cooked and provided quality content with far greater accessibility from poe 1 in my opinion which is great cause it brought me back for some poe action. Ive been on and off poe 1 since 2015 but couldnt really get into it ( partially due to me and also hardware issues) but now poe 2 just does it for me and i really want to invest in it but not like this. If its a bug i know it can be fixed so i am hopeful, if its anything else i really do need help cause i dont know whats wrong. At the end of the day its hard earned money spend and i dont want to see them go down the drain.

Good chance you have 2 accounts accidently linked to steam. Its a mess alot of people are having right now with currency in one not showing in the other with no way to merge accounts.

I dont thing i have 2 accounts linked. Ive played poe 1 on steam and epic with the same account and my previous characters. Also when i downloaded Poe 2 on steam and epic i had the same character and the same username as well and to add to that i was also in town with the same portal left open in both versions

So i finally fixed it. If anyone has the same problem, the only way to fix this is to run poe 1 on epic and open the micro-transaction shop. This is the only way for someone to get their points and another purchase made in the epic store. Super confusing but at least it worked. I hope there would be a better work around in the future cause the epic store even though not my preferred store and launcher, it does have better prices. I was planning to get more staff but i'll wait a bit, not going to lose my mind searching where my points went again.

TL;DR if you buy anything on epic for poe 2 opening poe 2 doesnt resolve your transaction, you have to open poe 1 first!! (for anyone low on storage i feel you, stay strong brothers there must be a better in the future i am sure)
