Muted by a GM for no reason

I was just asking "how to beat trial of chaos" in global chat, I still couldn't

beat it 10 lvls under me"

then some Karen said "by getting good."

And I said "thanks that's very helpful *name*"

I don't understand why I'm being muted. So it's okay for others to harass me but

not okay for me to respond sarcastically?
