Bought a support pack, haven't received anything, been 4 days so far, no response from support

As title says, paid 60$ that I didn't have to. After receiving a beta key for my quote " life time dedication to poe" as I have been playing since poe1 started. Both on PC and console. For basically a decade. I haven't received my purchase. I have been ignored by support. While I acknowledge there are issues. I expect atleast a response. I have never complained about issues but this time I am. 4 days of me waiting without my coins and no response is unacceptable. A simple email saying. Yea we see the issue, we are busy, we will get to it when able. We made a record ect ect. Would have been enough.

Yeah, im in the same situation, my 300 coins from the EA pack arent even in my account. It showing that it created a totally new account when i purchased it because the email links me to a totally different account than my twitch drops and POE1 stuff.

Same issue - received access through PS5 but no coins. Sent an email a couple different times but they keep bouncing undelivered.
