[POE 2] Void Emperor Planetary Orb FX

I purchased the aesthetic for "Void Emperor Planetary Orb," but even when I apply it, it is not visible in either POE2 or POE1. I would like a refund for this, 150 points (approximately €15 in my currency).
And you can certainly remove it from my account since it is currently unusable. BTW, it would have been better if only functional aesthetics were available, and not ones currently compromised by bugs, such as the flask skin "Energising Bolt Flask Effects" obtained through Twitch drops. Lastly, please provide me with a response regarding the request in this thread. I also purchased the Orbs. I got the eldritch ones. I have them equipped but don't see them.

oh lame. They only work if you have endurance frenzy and power charges. My character doesn't use any of those. What a waste of coin.

Hmm, yeah this is pretty uncool. I bought them as well didn't realize they wouldn't work with my current character.
