Old email cant change it

My email is easily 12 + years old and I made it when I was kid I now want to go and change the email linked to my poe account and cant cause it sends a email to the old email ??? whats the solution cause I'm logging onto steam even my steam email is different from that email

They are going to say email support and they are busy. So you'll have to email them, give them old and new email addresses along with user names including the #s and characters on the account, and expect it to take weeks before they bother responding, since I've been waiting 15days just to unlink steam account, thats assuming you can email them at all.

I am in the exact same situation.

I cant access old mail anymore and for this reason i can't change email and old password. SO i can't buy POE2 on steam.

I emailed the support 3 times already but noone respond me, so i'm stuck!
On same boat obviously.

I will also throw some of my own salt to GGG Support wound.

Ive asked Support to update some of my Path of Exile 1 account information and it ended up in series of questions which ive answered correctly, except one last question about Transaction IDs (to which i dont have access due to how GGG had set payment methods with Xsolla in past).

GGG Support doesnt know how their own payment methods been handled, because they seem to have no idea how PaySafeCard and Xsolla service operated in the past.

My request to change important account information been still not handled, which left my account in state of potential vulnerability of being locked. I got access to my account and kept playing as usual and cant wrap around why they making it so difficult, especially when ive did same request succesfully with Blizzard with changing same important account information on my battle.net account.

Overcomplicating such simple case is one of reasons why you ending up with overloaded support system, especially when emails from two different games (Path of Exile 1 and 2) are thrown to same bucket.

Another story is that GGG Support system doesnt have on-site support ticket system, where any logged account could check state of their case being procesed, even Blizzard did set it properly and working so theres no excuse GGG cant make it backed with Tencent money.
