Life Remnant Spawns outside of areas.

Currently, I am playing blood mage and have acquired the Sanguimancy Ascendancy node. The bug is that due to that the remnants spawn at the centre of bosses, sometimes they will spawn outside of the arena and make it impossible to pick up.

If needed, I am happy to test it in other situation but I noticed that this is confirmed in the Titan boss fight.

I too, have realised that this happens sometimes:
- Zalmarath, the Colossus (as mentioned above)
- Tor Gul, the Defiler
- Act 3, those lizards coming out of the water

More of an issue on the bosses, as it can cause a severe lack of life. On random monsters, with others in the area to spawn remnants, not as much.
