Blasphemy not working with Demon form

I've seen the obvious "gear removal takes away spirit" ect ect. What's happening is Blasphemy isn't even being scaled up with demon form. While in demon form, I open the skills tab and it shows all 60 spirit is available. I go to toggle on blasphemy and the sub menu shows 60 spirit required, and its turned on. After closing it it does not show the aura is on at all, hence not being available in demon form. Unless there is a hidden requirement the game is not mentioning within demon form (scaling the level up requires more than 60 spirit for example) this has to be a bug. Either way, its not clear why its not remaining on, and either its a bug or an alert needs to be put in saying why it can't toggle on. Anyone know what the cause is? The aura is not reliant on any of my gear while out of demon form. I have 0 spirit modifications.

Figured it out. "Demon form" is counting as a weapon slot. So in order to turn on the passive you need to go to skills menu, click "Blasphemy" to toggle it on, then go to your second weapon set and ensure that it is toggled on there also. Should be fixed!

I'm unable to apply any spirit skills to the demon form weapon set, when you open the menu to toggle them on and off and cycle to the demon form weapon set the skills are greyed out and there's a red text stating "skill unavailable for this weapon set". If anybody knows what I'm doing wrong I'd really appreciate the input
