Account Link Issue Supporter Pack coin not received

Hi Team,

Hope you can help me sync my accounts, I initially created an Epic games profile but had and issue playing it from there so I switched to steam.

I bought the supported bundle in steam however when I created a character the points were inserted on my Epic games profile.

Steam Profile is : xKonvicte#0320
Epic: xKonvict#7430

I only wish to keep one which is the steam where I already invested hours of playing since launch.

I would need help transferring the coins that was inserted on the epic games profile to my steam if possible please. I also sent an email to the supprot email however didn't receive any response yet.

Seems to be status quo at this point. I am in the same boat and have seen numerous threads of nearly identical issues.
