King of Mists glitch

Hey everyone, so I am playing PoE 2 on my PS5 and I got through Act 1 but after defeating the King of Mists and using his quest item to receive 30 spirit, no spirit was received. I no longer have the item as it was used and no way to replay the quest since it is completed.

Is there anything that can be done besides a new playthrough?
