Request of fully refund

I bought the game but can't enjoy due to lag input. My country not in good place for ping so i found out. I not using any point except upgrade a 200 point pack to early access pack. The game is un-playable at this point. take long time to checking ping for nothing.
Can i please have a refund please? i already send contact support via email. At least add automatic respond....
