Sacrifice overriding Last Gasp on Minion Instability trigger

Having Sacrifice enabled prevents last gasp from triggering on my Skeleton Warriors with Infernal Legion and Minion Instability. Since Last gasp triggered after minion instability before i enabled sacrifice, and minion instability doesn't consume corpses, I believe this is a bug.
