MTX Issues....

First of all I am playing on Xbox series S currently and preordered the early access from the xbox store.

I have been trying to figure out why even though I preordered through Xbox and purchased the King of the Faridun supporter pack, I am able to see all my purchased MTX on POE1 but in POE2 I cant even use the cosmetics from the supporter pack because they are not showing up for me, my stash tabs that I have purchased in POE1 are not showing up either, and my shop points are also not showing up to spend in game as well.

But for some reason the MTX I have purchased through Playstation, which cannot even be used in this game for whatever ridiculous reason Sony has for not wanting to work with the community, is showing up in game but is greyed out for that reason.

I have emailed support about this but have not received a response back if anyone could please give me an idea of what I could do to get this resolved.
