Coop local / act 3 mobs. why hit that hard?

When trying enter the game Just after choose the char in act 3 with the time portal activated we have a screen frozen and nothing can be done about it. The only way it's jump to other act solo then choose char again. And where is the loot at we here for loot. We clean all map and its very unfun that map tbh mobs hit me hard and i have 30% in all elem. Res. And 73% armour on my titan dawn and i talking about the normal mages. and not even a rare item drop even a magic potion just white equip trash and scrolls c'mon.
