PC Upgrade for POE2

Hi i am currently playing poe2. Most of the time its okay but when there are many mobs+effects on screen FPS goes down to 30-25fps and game feels slower.
Whats the best thing i can upgrade for bwtter performance? Dont wanted to upgrade all only a bit better performance.

Graphic card :Saphire Radeon RX590 Nitro+
Mainboard : ASRock B450 Pro4
RAM: 32gb
Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 3600
Windows 10 pro 64

Same GPU (best amd gpu imo) previous gen CPU (2700) half the dram (16gb 3200 Gskill). No problems. on a 21/9 1080p 75 hrtz display. 6 years old now. Slamming through. I think it has something to do with my will. I just don't accept less that optimum. That's how you end up with: America. Kamala Kune Do and Biden Bucks. It feels like a board game but you're actual life is on the line. Like Squid Game. Repaste your CPU and GPU. Are your ram sticks in the right slots?

Think so i will look at it. Dont know much about it. A friend of mine who build alot pcs build it for me. So yeah i will have a look. Thx for the tip

Honestly for best bang for your buck, there are many sales on AM4 CPU right now. There are no sales on GPU, and I looked during the last month even during Black Friday. In the last two weeks. I switched from the 3600 to a 7600x, kept my 5600XT and waiting until January for the next gen official announcements on CPUs. This will drive prices down a bit also for the current gen CPUs and will be a better buy then. I see FPS at 70s~ in town at high settings 1080p. I don't check my FPS often, so not sure what it is in heavy-sequences, but no stutters.
