Small rework idea for Currency Exchange and Trading

IN the past and I'm sure currently GGG's stance on players getting scammed is they won't refund they player even with a Screenshot of mistake / scam. The current policy is basically we don't care if you get scammed(I understand it would need way to much intervention, what is fair, etc).

This is bad for everyone especially the player who got scammed / mistake happened to because, they may end up leaving the game over it or be less willing to trade in the future. For the other player it actually promotes this destructive behavior.

There are other scams that take place within the /trade(any channel).

If you took some of the items out of the pool that were able to be traded and made them "Currency Exchange" only items. Players would learn to use the features properly.

I highly think all skill gems and all Jewellers orbs should be untradeable and only purchased through the currency exchange. This will cut down on the amount of trade chat spam and benefit all of us.

Also, it will provide new players with a better experience that will increase their enjoyment of the game.

The low cost of gold in the marketplace is a small price to pay to make the game better for us.

If it costs me 3000 gold to list said item and my friend buys one for 3k gold and whatever currency it can easily be refunded by me(if i wanted to give him one). Avoiding the whole scamming issue.

You can go in trade chat right now and see people trying to sell items that are on the Currency exchange for the exact same price and they instant sell(on the exchange and I'm sure they have no idea they are even listable right from their inventory).

It is quite a waste.
