Accidental Tash tab purchase

Recently I bought some tash tabs without knowing there was a bundle that contained most of them. I been trying to contact support to ask if it was possible to get a refund of the points. Have in mind that this was before the sale.

Its been a couple of days and they haven't answered me or sent me a message about it.

I know that they probably have several people sending them messages due to the hotfix, but the timing feels terrible for the sale to appear and probably end before I could get the points for the stash tabs I want.
