Inscribed Ultimatum 3rd ascendancy?

So im almost level 80, I refuse to do Sanctum for my 3rd ascendancy (already tried x5 times) since as a melee build in the 3rd floor i always end failing due to extreme honor loss and personally i absolutely hate sanctum with a passion, so i would like to know can we or can we not do the 3rd ascendancy with Ultimatum?.
Im mapping t8's and ALL the inscribed Ultimatum orbs (tried buying from other players as well same results) i get don't give me the ascendancy points, is this intended or is it a bug? Thank you and cheers. Last bumped on May 23, 2026, 11:00:38 AM

Bumping, I am experiencing the exact same thing at higher level maps (11-12 currently)

Hey, yes you can, the Inscribed Ultimatum needs to be at least area level 75 and you'll need to do 10 rooms. Here is the source https://www.poe2wiki.net/wiki/Ascendancy_class

Same here. Gotten 10 eligible Baryas and not a single ultimatum which gives 3rd asc. I would have never even started playing this game if Sanctum was required. I love rogue-lites, and PoE sanctum is the worst one I've ever played, by a large margin. I get some people like it; that's fine. Just don't force it down the rest of our throats. It's bloody miserable.
Played on release. Didn't like it. This now on 0.4 has been a lot better, but no freaking way am I slog through another sanctum for an hour until some final boss honour BS. Maybe I'll try in another year. Until then, kindly faceslap whoever decided to put that crap as a required component in the game. Hard. Thank you and cheers. |
