Cant do atlas strategies (Expeditions, etc,,) due to crashing and losing event

We have been doing over 40 maps and my friends and I cant do any of the atlas content because we lose the events every time we crash. We cant find hideouts, expeditions or anything and lose the map token every single time.

To do maps at all, we need to use a tier 1 map and crash with it, then do our tier 6-7s, but the map is all we can do.

We also tried to delete the shaders in the app file and limit it to 100g, but it only works for 2 maps in a row before crashing again.

Please help since we are missing basically everything in the endgame.
