For those having Sound Crackling Poping sounds

Not saying other audio issues may or may not exist.

But I just went through Many setting etc.

What i noticed was i was getting this sound even with master Volume on Zero.

So i checked my recording devices, i had my Mic(stand alone not headset) Plugged in and active and a guitar cable. Disabled both.

Pops and crackles are gone.

Hope it helps those with the same issue i had.
