Spirit item from quest Act-1

The Act 1 boss, the King of the Mist, hasn’t given me the item that adds +30 Spirit to my character. I already have 30 Spirit from the normal difficulty, but in Cruelty difficulty, I didn’t receive anything. My question is: is it just 30 Spirit in total across all difficulties, or is it 60 Spirit if I complete Act 1 in Cruelty as well?

You get 30 spirit from the Normal King, 30 from Act 3 Normal Azak Bog witch, and 40 from Act 3 Cruel Azak Bog witch. The King does not give Spirit in Cruel.
