Help:How to unban my accoun

Dear Administrator,

I am very disappointed. My account was banned at the same time yesterday, and I have no idea why. I have sent five consecutive emails to the support team and have already waited for a full 26 hours. I even had to register a new account just to seek help here.

It’s the weekend, and I should be enjoying the game, but now I can only anxiously wait, not knowing the reason or how long I will have to wait. I spent $30 to purchase the account and another $30 on in-game purchases. Is this how you treat paying customers?

I sincerely hope you can assist me in unlocking my account.

If you are indeed very busy, please avoid automatically banning accounts or setting an automatic unban time, as you need to consider the possibility of mistakenly banning innocent players. Your current priority should be addressing other, more urgent matters, rather than adding unnecessary workload to yourselves. Mass banning accounts without having time to assist innocent players is not the solution.
Since being banned, I have already been waiting for a full 30 hours.

DO NOT email more than once until you have been asked to provide them with info, Doing so will reset your position in the queue whihc is very large at the moment

Hey Exile, I'm sorry to hear that! I've sent you a PM about this. Like you've seen in the announcement thread here: (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3616595) we are experiencing unprecedented number of support requests and are doing our best to get back to players as soon as possible.
I have been waiting for 2 days already. Could you please let me know approximately how much longer I need to wait? Does the support team work on weekends?

I don't even understand how tf can it happen. What are they banning for?
I was banned on 11 Dec. in PoE1. All I did was playing though the game and as soon I heard and saw level up effect to lvl40 I received the ban message.
Never engaged in chat or trading. I don't think there are even any third party tools for the game that exist.
Wrote an email on the same day, still no response.

I understand that the support team is very busy right now. If that's the case, is it possible to lift all account bans related to IP switching and restart the process once there are enough staff available? Since you currently have more urgent matters to handle, prioritize the major issues and put smaller ones on hold. Otherwise, if we have to wait this long for you to address the situation, who will be responsible for the losses we’ve incurred?
