Map Stash Tab’s Ask for help

First of all, I am very grateful to GGG for bringing such a wonderful game to players around the world. I purchased the Map Stash Tab, but it does not appear in the POE 2 game. What is the reason? I very much look forward to being able to help solve this problem.
