PS5 POE2 not showing access

Hello,

I’ve sent to messages to support with no response. Just wondering why my account says I don’t have POE2 access. Even though I have messages from the system confirming my purchase. I’m assuming this is the reason I haven’t gotten my Twitch drops either even though they are in my rewards for my account on this site. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, the Early Access page on player accounts is generally only able to confirm if the Path of Exile account is eligible to participate on Early Access for PC.

If you are currently able to play Path of Exile 2 on your PlayStation, then you are eligible to participate in Early Access.

I appreciate the response! I’m not seeing those items nor the ability to equip anything from the in game micro transactions menu? All I see are the coins, supporter packs and the shop items. I might be missing something, but any help would be great.
