Frequent Loss of Audio Requiring Full Quit!

I have noticed since last night that I will frequently loose al game audio. I can still hear my Xbox sounds if I go to to home menus or open party chat etc but all game audio is just gone. Seems no way to fix until I quit to home and full quit the game and restart. This is happening frequently and have several friends experiencing same thing.
