Missable weapon skill points act 3

In act 3 there are 2 skill points in the past area due to the fact that we cant go back after timeskip to Act 1 Cruel.

Ran into this same issue and was losing my mind trying to find the missing 2 passive points. I was able to do the "Stab the heart" quest in Aggorat by going to the Act 3 town > take the gate to the Riverbank in Act 1 Cruel > go through the Riverbank and reach the town in Act 1 Cruel > use the waypoint in the town to TP to the Aggorat in Act 3 and do the heart quest.
