Where are the Network Settings?

I'm not able to find the network settings for changing to Lockstep, Predictive, or hybrid. I've checked all options tabs while at the login screen, at the character screen, and while in-game. I assume they're supposed be available at the login screen under game like they are in PoE 1, but I'm not finding them anywhere.

Do I need to enable something before I can see them?

I don't know if that is a thing anymore for this one. You just pick a Gateway or Auto and let the client pick the best one for you. (I am on the Steam Client though, I was on Steam for POE1 also though)

I know in POE1 I could not stay connected without changing that setting and it was not intuitive when you just came to the game. :P

In one of the interviews pre-launch, it was mentioned that it would be there. That's the only reason I'm questioning it.
