"honour"
I do not understand this honour mechanic. you get hit and you lose? some builds are made for getting hit? why have this?
I will say this as politely as I can, but whoever came up with this concept for this trial was probably huffing roa farts or something. There's a way to make something difficult and rewarding, and then there's a way to needlessly make something frustrating. it's a very slight adjustment. person above me is without honour and should find themselves in the vaalish trial that they may be better suited for, which can also grant all 8 ascendancy points
honour is accepting that if you take damage equal to your health, you should be dead. Do the rules of mitigation not apply here? Genuine question. Poe 1 had some sort of tech where mitigation applied to 'honour' lost had a reduction based on these.
Also has to be said that it seems melee (warrior at least) characters are given 700+ honour, and whilst I can't speak for others, when I did it with the ranger and merc, they both only had 500+ honour. Maybe that's how they did it now? I'm probably wrong on this. That being said, the first trial does seem fair. I made a post about it being really annoyed, I doubt my input changed anything, but I've not struggled on them since retrying. Might just be I got better at it? Or are we talking endgame trials here?
