Guild Microtransation Balance issue

Our guild has been lucky to have generous members. We have had many donations. I donated 300+ points, another member put in 370, another put in 300, another did 300 and then 45. That should be a balance of 900+ guild shop points

To date we have purchased a currency tab, a uniques tab, a gem tab, and a quad stash tab. Each of which costs less than 200 pts.

But when logging in today, our guild balance is 0.


Please help
