HELP!!!I didn't pick venom draught on act3 cruel and now i can't go back to the old ACT3 map.

I also didn't pick medallion on normal and cruel but i assume i can go back.Venom draught on act3 normal seem find too.But on cruel i can't go back anymore.Did I miss something?

" Party up with someone from act3, TP to them, pass through the gateway to riverbank, TP to them again. It should TP you to act3 ziggurat. I hope GGG fixes this interaction to let players go to act3 ziggurat even after finishing that act. |

" Ok,I found the way to go back. 1.Go to Sandswept marsh first then travel back to town.OR 2.Go to Jungle ruins then travel back to town. Note:No waypoint in town.You can use gateway to get out but can't get in back. |

" Uhm but you can...You just travel through the gateway, it will port you to act1 cruel sure, but you can go to town and use the wp to travel to the normal zigurat in act3. If you want to go to BIC400 you pass again through gateway, it will port you to act1 cruel but after you can travel via wp to the zigurat from BIC400... Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party.

I just go to some waypoint like infested barrens and just teleport back and that its.Didn't know that Medallion isn't one time use but can go back anytime to switch between buffs as need to because of this situation too.But venom draught I assume it is probably a one time use like some permanent upgrade item in POE1.
