Missing Chimera Pet

I waited five days for now...
I already got the other Twitch Drops on my Account but my Chimera still missing, someone else with this problem ?

I mean I paid... Subs only for this ... is there any possiblity, to get this ?

I have similar issue where i cant access chimera i tried to get on twitch.
I have the other items, I have been trying to reach their support since the 8th and haven't heard a word back yet.
