Warrior busted after I decided to add another skill, any help, guidance and insults welcome :)

So I just started act II. Everything was going fine until I decided to finally use a lvl 5 skill gem because they just kept dropping. So I just went with perfect strike to try it out. Well now I can only dual wield with my mace attack skill instead of my two hander that I've been running since day one and it switched all my other skills as well, and I can't get it to go back no matter what I've tried. I'm taking my sweet a$$ time with this game because in all honesty; it's pretty convoluted and oddly "worded"/"phrased" sometimes. I feel like some of the verbiage used in the UI reads like an early 2000's txt message. And then we're fighting and now I'm swinging lvl 4 stat noodles for no apparent reason. Can someone make it make sense? What did I mess up? or is this maybe a bug? I'm only using 5-6 skills.

This game is extremely unintuitive. I feel bad for anyone who has never played POE before and tries playing this.

OP if you use the menus rearranging your skills is not hard to do. Unless you are experiencing some strange glitch which would not surprise me at all.
I've tried rearranging and reassigning skills and assigning which set to which one when I had the option. Everything was set to set one besides when I equipped 2 one handers in my off slots. I was given another mace strike skill for dual wield. Never used it. They were just stat sticks, well that was the idea anyways and it seemed to be working. Like I said, until I skilled up with Perfect strike.
I really didn't want to reroll another character already especially after the momentum I had started to build. Seems pretty ridiculous that a single skill would or could cause so much malfunction, remove options and force you into a certain irreversible direction. How are you supposed to try shit? if every time you do you might be jumping off a cliff? EA, I get it, but it's a skill. Was it just not tested at all given I'm just starting act II? Kinda shook a bit if I'm being honest. Seems like an early Alpha Build bug if it is indeed a bug.
Unassign the dual wield mace strike and assign the double handed mace strike?

Also you know your weapon switch items do not affect your stats unless they are being used, correct?
You have two "Mace Strikes" make sure you're hotkeying the 2hander one otherwise it will auto swap to the one hander weapon set.

I tried that. I couldn't get rid of the dual wield mace attack.

The main reason I thought they were was, I was getting lightning dmg and that was coming from an off hand weapon as my main was ice dmg and nothing else had that mod. sooo, i'm having a beer before I log back in and try to fix this~

set 1 i.e. 2 hander auto swapped all skills to set 2 (duel wield) after hot keying Perfect Strike which makes absolutely no sense to me. and I can't get it to go back.
