[Updated] Feedback on my Monk - Acolyte of Chayula build

Hey you all, loving the game, I am currently in ACT 2 with my highest level character (Monk level 25). I haven't been rushing the game much, and I also have a level 10 Witch, level 17 Mercenary, and level 16 Warrior.

How I Play:

Killing Palm - Finish off enemies, to dash across a battlefield, and gain charges.

Glacial Cascade - Decent AOE, good against large groups and tight areas, bread and butter attack that I use when fighting more defensively.

Falling Thunder - main damage dealer (especially against large packs of monsters), but only really use at the end of combos or when charges are filled.

Frozen Locus - Great when used with Freezing cascade, use it when retreating or fighting defensively either against mobs of enemies or bosses.

Vaulting Impact - Great for mobility purposes; I use it with freezing abilities to apply extra damage. I also use it to fight defensively, and avoid getting it. I even use it when fighting aggressively to get out of sticky situations, or to open up an attack when first initiating combat. Very versatile skill that has high utility.

Ice Strike
- Main damage dealer, great against bosses and mobs, though the nature of attack leaves you vulnerable to counter attacks. I try to use it when the enemy is frozen/stunned/unable to fight back or being flanked.

Siphoning Strike - Another damage dealer, I added poison damage and use it when I have an even smaller opening than I would otherwise when using Ice Strike. However, I haven't been able to garner charges from using it, nor have I reliably been able to absorb the shock status Or, if I have, I haven't noticed. Still, it does good damage, and due to poison support it's quite good against bosses.

Wind Dancer
- Just picked this one up yesterday, and I really like it. Due to my quick fighting style, I am able to avoid damage quite a bit, so the stacking evasion plays nicely. Not to mention, you get a really neat Ki-shout like attack when you finally do get hit that pushes away the enemy.

I like using charges, and it's a great set up, but struggles some against bosses because there aren't that many enemies to kill in order to charge my abilities.

What are your recommendations for this build?

Update:

I just hit level 30 and my build is going by very smoothly. It seemed, the biggest thing hurting my DPS, was my staff, which was doing mainly elemental damage. Apparently, damage scales much better with physical, so I found a high level regular quarterstaff from ACT II, then used the currencies to make it a 6 modifier rare with two Rune Slots. My monk is obliterating enemies.

I ascended and chose Alcolyte of Chayula because Chaos and Darkness sounds cool. Looking at the ability though, it seems like it's not very good. I took Chulaya's Gift with my first two points (17% Chaos resistance), and I think I will get Reality Rending next, but after that what do ya'll think?

Looking at my build above, is it worth it to get Darkness or instant Mana leech? Or should I just focus on Into the Breach?
