Olrovasara Toremnt club - Maximum lightning damage effect only works for attacks

I'm assuming this is a bug since the weapon makes no mention this only works for attacks. The maximum lightning damage is only added to attacks with this weapon and you can only gain this lightning damage by attacking with this weapon

Bump, I tried this for the Tactician 25% application to minion attack ascendancy node. The up to 500 bonus doesn't actually affect the weapon's lightning damage and therefore the minions at all (even though based on the weapon ability text it should, IMO). Disappointing, I thought this could be a really cool build idea!
