Herald of Thunder and Conduction??

Do those two work together or not?
The Conduction Support skill can be slotted into Herald of Thunder BUT if you open the info-window for Herald of Thunder it says: Cannot inflict Shock Last bumped on Dec 13, 2024, 4:57:03 PM

Herald of Thunder cannot shock.

Part of the issue is a lack of clear language.
Take Lightning Arrow in PoE2, it clearly says 'Cannot Chain' yet as it hits it fires bolts that can chain. So, does the Chain mod affect the secondary bolts? It clearly allows Chain to be slotted, and even recommends it, but??? |
